Finding the right home isn't just about what looks good in the photos. It's about finding a property that suits your needs, your lifestyle, and your budget.

What You Can Expect When Working With Me

• We start with a conversation. I'll take the time to understand what you're looking for, your priorities, budget, preferred locations, and any particular considerations that matter to you. From there, we can develop a search that makes sense.

• A personalized home search. I'll help you explore suitable properties, arrange showings, and offer straightforward feedback along the way. Sometimes that means pointing out things you might not have considered, both positive and negative.

• Understanding price and value. I'll provide current market information, comparable sales, and insights into local market conditions so you can better assess a property's value and make a well-informed decision.

• Making an offer and negotiating. When you find a property you'd like to pursue, we'll discuss pricing, conditions, closing dates, and the other details that go into an offer. I'll negotiate on your behalf with your interests and priorities in mind.

• Guidance throughout the process. From financing and inspections to paperwork and coordinating with your lawyer, I'll help you understand the steps involved, keep track of important dates, and connect you with the appropriate professionals when needed.

• Support beyond closing. My relationship with clients doesn't end when the keys change hands. I'm always happy to answer questions or point you in the right direction, even after you've settled into your new home.

Looking Beyond the Listing

A home can look wonderful at first glance, but there's often much more to consider than the layout, finishes, or asking price.

Whether you're considering a condominium, a rural property, a new build, or an established home in the city, each comes with its own considerations. Condo fees and financial documents, wells and septic systems, potential maintenance costs, or builder agreements can all influence whether a property is the right choice.

Part of my job is to help you look at the bigger picture, ask the right questions, recognize potential concerns, and know when additional professional advice or investigation is worthwhile.

And sometimes, the best advice I can give is that a particular home may not be the right one for you.
